Kelly sold my house in less then two days with an offer ABOVE asking price! It was a difficult house to sell because of extensive renovations needed to get it to today's standards. She did her research and proposed a listing price that I thought was optimistic but was willing to give it a try. Not only did we get the listing price, but an an additional 4% with a contract to sell the house "as is".
